2012 Early Arrival Request Form
To move on campus from August 10 - August 24, you must be a member of an approved early arrival group. Your move-in date will be communicated by email once your request is approved (this will be the date indicated to Residence Life by your coach/advisor/org. leader) If you are a member of several organizations, you will be allowed to come in on the earliest date, once you have applied and been approved for early arrival. Any requests to come in earlier than the date chosen by your organization’s leader, even if approved, will result in a charge to your Student Account.
